UnShut is an elite clique for women who have lived their lives being called man-haters, overly opinionated, bitchy, un-lady like, intimidating, etc. For the women who refuse to hush up, act demure and speak only when spoken to. For women who have triumphed over any form of oppression/abuse in their lives and are no longer willing to put up with it.

UnShut was created to join sites that showcase strong women. Ones who may have lived through hell, but deny anyone the right to try to put them back down.

An UnShut woman has been chastised for her views. Looked down upon by a weaker person. But she remains forever unsilent.

An UnShut woman runs a site that it artistic, full of thought, well designed and inspiring.

The site was created because I'm a big geek and wanted to make my first clique after having joined a few that mean something to me.
